They do not deserve even one star. These people mislead you into buy quality items when in reality what they are selling you is the cheapest quality ever. It took a month to arrive (which I didn't mind), but when it did, another entire thing. I bought a NOCO Boost X GBX155 4250A Jump Starter for 10.0L Gasoline and 8.0L Diesel Engines, and what I got Car Jumper Starter with no brand. These people are misleading and they know it. Cheap plastic, flashlight don't work and the clamps feels like they are going to break when you squeeze them. Immediately I reach out because I wanted a refund and they offered $4 dollars. You cannot send it back because although it came from a warehouse in California, I will have to ship it to their warehouse in China and the cost will be astronomical. These people should be taken out of the market.

I ordered a Monopoly Prince edition game on August 16th, shipment arrived at local airport a month later but it never arrived home. I contacted their customer service, they confirmed that something went wrong and sent a new game.
That new package arrived November 25th. but contained the Monopoly Elvis edition iso the Prince edition.
I contacted customer service again to mention that I received the wrong game and that it was a fake version of cheap quality that I could have found on some Chinese site for a fifth of the price. I asked for a full refund. I added proof of my initial order and of what I received.
They replied: “We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction. Relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you. In that case you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But the shipping costs will be high. Is it possible to increase the compensation to 6$” The first time I complained they offered 3$.
I did not agree as I don’t want the Elvis edition and by the time I received the package November 25th, the birthday of the person I bought it for was long past.
They still don’t want to refund me and made a final offer of 10$ for an initial order 40,96$ (incl. shipping).
So if you feel like ordering something of that shop be prepared to receive something else and be confronted to a gaslighting customer service that wants to make you believe you did indeed receive the correct product.

I ordered and paid for an Advent Calendar Sept 29. Kept getting tracking notices. Nothing has come. Complained several times and asked for a refund. Got this answer early today. Absolute scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

So, I ordered two things from these guys and then read a lot of bad reviews on the web. I figured I had been scammed.
However, the first and less-expensive item arrived quite quickly. I was able to track both packages and was just waiting for the second one to arrive.
Then the tracking on the second item stopped. I contacted the company who told me that they would send me a new item. That didn't sound right. I asked why they would send me a new item when I was already tracking the package but they told me just to trust them.....
Anyway, Canadian postal strike bought them some time and they actually sent me an email in regards to the strike causing delays. Still hadn't heard anything for 2 months so I wrote them demanding a refund or the item I had ordered. The next day I got a refund. Thank you.
I think they buy things from a third party but can't always get the item in a timely manner. In the end, all is well.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered something online that was NOT what came. It was publicized as a emotional supoprt Advent claendar with pretty crocheted figures with a supportive message for each day. What I got was a dinky small box full of small plastic disc figures where you can not read a thing...I paid almost 50$ for this!!! And then they say its too expensive to send back to CHINA and they giove me 4$ compensation. DO NOT BUY FROM THE WEBSITE.

Goods never arrived. Constant excuses. Now trying to get money back but they’ve gone totally quiet now since asking for a refund. So annoying as item wasn't cheap. SCAMMERS.

Ice Hockey Team Advent Calendar Order placed on 2025-08-29 01:23:11. I received SD Padres Advent Calendar. I have sent pictures and they keep insisting I received the correct item. I have explained that the Padres are a baseball team. They will do nothing to help as they say I’m just dissatisfied. They are telling me I can ship back to their warehouse in China at my own expense. This company is a scam.

I ordered a ring from this company on 31/7/2025. The delivery according to the website would take up to 20 days at most. I sent an email on 03/09/2025, they replied that they do not see the order flow and for this reason they are resending it to me!!..... the ring never arrived!!..... do not buy from this page-it is simply a scam!

They sent me the wrong item, vut refuses to send the right item or give a refund.
It also took 3 months for the wrong item to get here, and I have now been struggling for another 3 months to get help. So far no result. I would stay away, and I will never buy from them, or recommend this shop to anyone

I order 6 F1 ducks, 5 different ones. I paid extra expedite freight to receive them before Christmas, the merchandise was received 41 days after the order and 4 of the 6 we shipped incorrectly. The reason they gave me is that because they went out of stock of those 4 the decided, unilateral, to ship whatever they had. I end up receiving 2 from 1 team and 4 from another one. The only they offer me was $8 dollars for the "mistake" when I paid in total $68 USD including the expedite!

Terrible service. Item went missing. Customer service was not helpful at all. No resolution. They are not returning emails or pings on FB messenger or queries via their website. Waste of money.

selling products that never arrive is not a good way to build a business and then lying about the crappy tracking that is also fake.

If I could put 0 stars on the review, I would, because this service is not worth a single star.
I made an order over 2 months ago and it still has not arrived. I repeatedly asked for updates, but the answer is always the same, that they're trying to fix it. They are not doing anything. I asked for a refund, and they will not give it.

Avoid at all costs !!! Do not buy from this company!! I paid $55 for an advent calendar for my son. In total in the whole advent calendar there were SIX items. SIX. My son was left devastated. When I contacted them for a refund they told me they’d give me $8 and I should try and re sell the item to someone else. When I refused this ‘offer’ and raised a claim with PayPal they said I’d have to return the item to CHINA at my own expense before they would refund me. Absolutely do not but from this company.

I order holiday advent calendars and paid extra for express 5-12 shipping which should have arrived before Dec. 1. In total paying $103.83 USD. On Nov 30th, the items were still oversees. I started the cancelation/refund process and they insisted they could not do it till the items arrive. The items arrived 9 days past the 12 day shipping. So I start the return/refund process. It took a handful of emails for them to finally offer me a refund of a whole $8 USD... 16 emails later, they are at there max offer of $12 USD for the refund. Hell my shipping cost $10. This company is a complete joke and by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I strongly advise against using this online shop! I placed an order several months ago and paid for the goods in advance. To date, nothing has arrived. Despite my numerous emails asking about the status of my order, I only receive the same excuses over and over again and no concrete answers. It is frustrating and disappointing to be treated like this. Customer service is non-existent and I feel cheated. I will demand my money back and can only advise everyone to stay away from this shop! An absolute scam!!!

I do not recommend products from this site. Big disappointment. On the site it looks beautiful, but you get a dud that is completely inconsistent with the contract. In a fishing set intended for the sea, things for fishing on lakes and rivers. After writing a complaint, they replied that they were sorry and could return 9 dollars (out of 35 paid), because they are a small company.

I ordered two items that - regarding provided tracking - should have been en route by September. Checking that tracking the package is still within transit in my country (since September).
Customer service did check on that status mid November and told me it is still in transit but the carrier was asked to expedite the process.
Checked back in December to get a second tracking number and the info that one of the items is not available and I get a refund (an item that should have been shipped out three months earlier already) - the refund is not in my accound as of today. Suprisingly the second tracking started the same day of the firs response of customer service mid of November.

I recieved a package in December containing a different item than ordered - not something similar but something completely different! Like a nail bolt gun for construction work instead a can cooler different.
Customer service states they sent out (aka drop shipped) the correct items and offered me a refund of 5$ as sign of goodwill for the wrongfully delivered item. For an order of about 50$ total.

I ordered stuff about 4 month ago. never arrived. they wrote with me about 2months and they have 5-6 premade answers. They still use one and then other. I got each answer about 5-8 times. It looks like here… that they sending stuff only in US, all other countries are robbed.
