I ordered a parcel, which never arrived. The only response was from the sales department to ask to chase it myself. I ask a refund, but no response. I do not recommend this company at all.
I ordered from this company 30th Jan and never received my order. I have ordered from this company for years and never had a problem. I have contacted the customer service multiple times leaving messages and emails. I was told to chase the delivery up with DPD!! After contacting DPD I was informed that the parcel was returned to colour savers on 3rd Feb. I emailed and left messages to the company numerous times asking a refund and have not received a response. It is not acceptable to take somebody's money and not deliver the goods, give the money back or a simple reply to messages or emails. I do not recommend this company and to anyone I would suggest finding another option for your purchase. The company may seem value for money but you pay in the end!
