Update on review - from a 1-star adapted to 4 stars. Finally had good contact with the support team, and now finally seems to be fixed on the monthly fees.

We had some great cooperation with Combidesk for the Shopify Exact Online boedkhoud connection. After a few months I noticed the charged monthly amounts were double the mentioned amounts, after which I contact their customer support. Straight away this was acknowledged by their support team and being "under investigation" to get it solved.
However, still to date, I've been chasing their customer support in order to get it solved, without any response after multiple attemps from my end in getting a response from their support.
So technically, YES the connections works great, but customer support is terrible once something is not going as planned. Def would not recommend taking this connection.
