I recently purchased a dell laptop with you and l noticed that it does not fully charge and for me to use it l have to be connected to the charger always. I called one of your representatives yesterday gave them all my details and they said they will get back to me. Till today l have not had from you. This is not nice at all l have assignments that l need to write as soon as possible.
