Lack of communication about problem order.

Order for umbrellas was placed and paid for in October. In early December I called COMDA to learn when delivery would be made. No one responded and I kept calling daily. Finally I received a message but the order arrived too late for holiday party where the umbrellas were to have been given to our employees and clients.

Revised proof never provided

Revised proof never provided. Not sure if corrections are being made since I am now traveling and can’t take calendars with me. Hopefully delivered by the time I return. Poor service this time.
