A great deception
I ordered something in January, I paid and I still haven't received anything ... I don't understand why so many people are stolen, and these sites are not closed.

I purchased a table saw from this company on the 26th December 2020, it was £20 plus postage. Today, Feb 24th 2021, a pair of cheap gloves turned up. No receipt, no record of the transaction, no company headed paper, no company name, NOTHING, other than a pair of gloves that are way too small for my hands. I took a screenshot of the add whilst making my purchase and there is indeed no mention of gloves within the add. The wording is quite specific, I was purchasing a table saw, and the brand was Dewalt.
This companies practices are nothing but fraudulent, and I feel Facebook is complicit in their dealings. There are way too many false adverts on fb, it can't be a coincidence that they are not removed and the problem keeps growing. FB should be held accountable in my opinion, as they are allowing these companies to ply their illicit trade unchecked.
Come-Mall is, as stated by so many, a fraud. Order something, pay via credit card--GET NOTHING. I fell for the cute little Metal Steam Engine for a gift--$27.98 USD-- 65 DAYS AGO! Intended as a Christmas gift--but NO--I was ripped off. Plus no way to contact company. I have to call my credit card banking office. Damn!
These reviews are true! The site is a scam. I also ordered the steam train model and also got nothing but a 6" USB cable. I hope everyone reads these reviews before purchasing!
This is a scam! Paid for a 3500watt inverter and received a 50p tiny torch.
Do not buy anything from them.
IM HOPING THE REVIEWS ARE WRONG
I JUST BOUGHT A SHEARLING LEATHER JACKET
FROM THESE GUYS******
I agree; it really is a scam. I ordered a metal steam tractor model and received a worthless childs' toy. Although I paid $19.99 the merchant tells me, after I complained, that the price is $199. DO NOT USE COME-MALL!
PS: I have since received a refund from my credit card company who acknowledge that there is a problem with come-mall. If we all request refunds from our credit card companies, Visa and MasterCard could withdraw credit facilities from come-mall.
I recently had a terrible time dealing with this Come-Mall.com, I've try to order Portable-inverter generator-3500 for $19.99 plus shipping come to total of $27.98. Charge of my credit card and forward to paypal account. For the last 5 days I receive no confirmation on ordering from them. So while I was communicate with Paypal service and they are too confused and did warned me about those conditions. So I informed my credit card to cancelled those transactions. Ads like Facebook cannot be trusted. In fact, Facebook cannot be trusted after what they pull from President Trump.
Complete con, offering a table saw for $20 but it was in fact a pair of gloves. Didn’t check out but the company keep sending me emails telling me I have stuff in my cart when it is in fact empty Avoid at all costs.
Ordered and paid for a metal steam engine model, received a cheap model railway instead. After complaining I received several unclear messages, the last one as follows: "Hello there. Inquired about your order. We ship according to the specifications you ordered. Not our problem. Correctly shipped. There are options in the link to choose. Different options, specifications and prices are different."
Clearly a big con; don't buy from this company!!
False and misleading advertising. I ordered a metal steam car kit after looking at multiple pages of pictures of it in their ads. Super special today as last day for 19.99. Waited 21/2 months and received a 6 inch data cable. No place in their ads do they mention or show any pictures of this cable. They are still advertising this steam car model for the same price...still no mention of any other products that you are actually going to receive. Contacted them for a refund ...still waiting for a reply.
I ordered and paid for the advertised table saw on 25th December 2020. It is now 06th January 2021 and the company has yet to ship my item.
It prompted me to check the reviews which are awful to say the least. It appears that you don't receive the item pictured but instead receive a toy. I am will complain to Paypal about this fake company that are scamming people out of their hard earned money.
Don't fall for this, you will not get the engine pictured only a worthless child's cheap toy.
Well I fell for it too.
The add came up on Facebook. I thought I was a smart girl. Since this was a Facebook sponsored add, and PayPal I assumed it was safe.
Today I received my charge cable.
...... What a scam.
They tell me the train is 379.00CDN funds.
How is this company able to advertise on Facebook??
This is a scam sight. They show you several pictures of a metal steam engine kit but all you get is a steam train toy that is nothing like the pictures shown. If you look carefully at first picture what you get is shown top left hand corner.
PayPal should be blocking transactions with these scammers.
I also was conned by this site.did not get the model steam car but got a small plastic toy train for 3 year old child.posted from reading in the UK not from the USA.Do Not Touch this site and others with a flame logo.
I also ordered the steam-tractor model from come-mall. They sent me an email with a package tracking number, and the package with that number showed up with only the usb-cable in it. No model, no nothing else. No reply to email. The come-mall ad appeared in the sponsored-ad sidebar while scrolling on Facebook. Certainly looks to be a scam, surprised that a company like Facebook takes sponsor-ad money from scammers.... Does that make Facebook complicit in the scam?
Unfortunately, trust-pilot makes me give this scam one-star in order to enter the review. Come Mall and its scam-products deserve zero-stars.
Be VERY CAREFUL buying from this company. It's a scam
Their website is cleverly designed to trick you into buying rubbish. Sadly I didn't read their small print from a smartphone.
I saw an ad on FB for a model steam engine for $20 + $7.99 postage which seemed not unreasonable.
Their website shows lots of photos of the model steam engine with lots of (FAKE) Guarantees to refund if not entirely satisfied.
In my case a USB charging lead turned up. That's an expensive USB cable.
Their email address for a refund does not work.
There is no company information on the website. It's basically a honey trap to trick people who (like me) did't read the small print.
You definitely won't get a Model Steam Engine. Just a USB cable gggrrr.
Note: Their latest home page offer is an e-scooter. Beware you're only going to get a pair of woollen gloves (shown in the corner of one of the photos)
