Super laggy app which always stops…

Super laggy app which always stops working randomly and it’s the most inconsistent app I’ve ever ever used. It’s a thrash app that decides when it wants to work properly and when it does not. Supper buggy to have lots of glitches. Will highly recommend never ever getting this system or this app. And if you have no choice but to use this company then good luck to you. I hope the company shuts down one day most useless company ever.

Ridiculous translations!

Ridiculous translations in instructions. Turning on video is called "self-ignition" as though the unit will burn itself up.

Response to buttons is painfully slow, and random in working at all.

Really just junk.

I have to say I paid a lot of money for…

I have to say I paid a lot of money for a WiFi intercom that does not work. It is outdated. No one answers tech support so if you want to buy a system that does not work this is the intercom for you The app is horrible..the unit is horrible

Where do i start....

Where do i start....
Installed a high end Comelit intercom system about 6 months ago.
Went back yesterday to do a different job and the receptionist asked me a question regarding the intercom.
I didn't know the answer so i decided to call their technical support 🙄.
I tried 6 times and each time they would answer after ages and then hang up !
I decided to give it one more try and this time someone answered without hanging up.
I explained my problem to the rudest Man alive who clearly did not want to help me.
He told me that without the part or serial number he could NOT HELP ME.
I went on to explain that i was sure if he let me get a word in edgeways i was still sure he could answer my question WITHOUT the serial or part number.
Please note that the only place i could get these details from was the intercom monitor and this had a stand that needed a degree to remove it.
Anyway i decided to just go for it and explain my problem and....low and behold he knew the answer straight away !!!
I thanked him and he hung up !
Disgraceful service.
Will never use these again

Replace faulty intercoms.......with…

Replaced faulty gate entry intercoms.......with more faulty gate entry intercoms (allegedly 'reconditioned'). Gone from a faulty water seal that allowed ingress, to a keypad with digits that are faulty, and an two way intercom & camera that's a one way intercom & camera, as visitors can't hear a thing, but you can hear them.
They blame everything on the engineer, the engineer (rightly) blames them.
USE AN ALTERNATIVE. YOU WERE WARNED!!!!

Very bad system

Very bad system. It randomly switches off and people cant ring my door bell. It happens regularly every few months. I have repeatedly called service who they do come and fix it. But after a couple of months it switches off again on its own. I have lost many deliveries because of this. Really not worth it. You should not purhcasing this. Just look for a different system that actually does work.

Does not work at all

Does not work at all. 2 days of tries for nothing!
I tried to install the camera system IPNVR004S05PA. The two outdoor camers do not connect. There are many of descriptions but it does not tell which one is the right one for my system and there is no description in German language. Also there are many different Comelit-Apps to download, but it does nowhere say which one is the right one.

WiFi intercom an absolute scam

My 55 unit building upgraded the intercom system in 2022 and chose Comelit.
i opted for the WiFi upgrade, as this should give me access to the system via the Comelit App.

The initilal set-up was extremely challenging and it took me over an hour with tech support to get the wall unit to connect with my wifi and my phone.
the system was unreliable and cumbersome and malfunctioned after a month or so.

i didn't bother to try again - but now, two yrs later, i decided to try again.

the Comelit tec support was really knowledgable, friendly and patient, but was unable to make the system work with my app/phone.
I asked the technician if it's normally this complicated and he said, "yes, unfortunately"

he said the the tech dep experience a lot of issues with this system and are often unable to resolve issues. He advised to upgrade the system for the ENTIRE BUILDING!

It's completely unbelievable to me that this company has been able to keep selling these horrible archaic non-working systems.

Overpriced equipment + no maintenance = terrible brand

They sell to you the most expensive equipment and then they don't maintain it. This wouldn't be a problem if they had a good service partner but the service partner sucks. No solutions ever provided. Get yourself a nice RING from AMAZON and save tons of money.

Buongiorno Angelo, Comelit non scavalca l'installatore anzi, per procedura aziendale si fa sempre riferimento all'installatore che è centrale e prioritario, anche in caso di chiamata da parte di un cliente non professionista si fa riferimento all'installatore e solo in mancanza dell'installatore stesso si consiglia un intervento da parte del nostro tecnico. Il nostro operatore vi ha comunque dato completa disponibilità nel fornire le info di base non essendo voi sul sistema e in caso di bisogno, vi ha consilgiato il supporto del nostro tecnico di zona.
