Absolutely horrible, the had a promo deposit 25 get 100 spins no wagering requirement. I deposit it, dont get the spins, get an email to send in the next welcome bonus deposit. I contact customer support and they barely understand what im asking. Send the problem somewhere else and say they will get back to me. 24 hours later i contact them to tell them i want to withdraw my deposit and they say i can. Good luck their withdraw screen never loads. What an abolute joke they take the fun out of it and replace it with a headache. They should pay us to play.

Spent way too much money without any good payouts with the casino games and on other Canadian sites like BetRivers, I’ve won over $1000 within weeks of playing.

Been playing this site for a couple of years, but in the last 12 months or so it seems the rewards are smaller and you have to spend more to get them. By the latest example, i spend about 2000 spins to build up multipliers (10x) and build up 20x spins. And the bonus was at 30xbet after those 20. Seems to be the new normal that the bonuses are like this. Spend alot and they spit on you. But if you have a very small bet of course you get bonuses often. They don't want you win "big". They changed the algorithms so it's close to impossible to get a decent win at higher stakes. Should not be a problem cause they got players enough, but no. Playing should be a nice experience, but now it looks like they just milking it.

I have been waiting for the withdraws of my winnings for 10 days. They dont respond to emails, they still want the same documents from me to confirm my account, cards, income, address! Confirmation of mobilepay, what accounts are associated with it, etc. When I confirm everything, they still look for something new. They ask where I got the money from and why it is transferred to my account. The problem when I wanted to withdraw money and it was never there when I deposited it. When contacting customer service, I keep hearing the same answer "wait for email"

Made three deposits and only got credited for two. It took three days to finally get credit for my third deposit.
