Extremely Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, for a high-value item, with full payment taken immediately. After a lack of communication for several days, I reached out for an update, only to receive a response on Sunday, March 17, stating that my order was damaged during logistics and there was no availability for a replacement.

The customer service team's offer to choose an alternative product or to proceed with a cancellation and refund was presented. However, when I expressed interest in an alternative product (Panasonic Oled TV Tx65mz800e 65'' Black), which was cheaper at the time of my original purchase, I found its price had significantly increased on their website. Despite my detailed response and request for a fair resolution or a full refund, I have been met with silence.

This entire process has been incredibly frustrating. Not only did I experience a total lack of proactive communication regarding my order's status, but the resolution offered has been unsatisfactory, compounded by a failure to even acknowledge my last correspondence.

The disregard for customer satisfaction and the apparent indifference to resolving issues efficiently is alarming. It's disheartening to see such poor service from a company, especially when dealing with high-value purchases. I am now in a position where I have asked for my order to be canceled and my money refunded, yet I still have no confirmation or indication that this request is being processed.

I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their options before purchasing from this company. The lack of communication, poor handling of issues, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction are red flags. I will be sharing my experience on other review platforms to ensure others are aware of the potential pitfalls of dealing with this company.
