Useless waste of Money
I cannot make calls using the card because my account with Comfi was "HACKED", my info was stolen and my account used to make as many calls as possible. Their chat line is almost useless because it takes HOURS for replies and when you get one it's another account question. Customer Service using the phone number doesn't exist, it says to use online chat and the online chat takes HOURS to answer if at all. They used to have great service and a functioning website but not since accounts were Hacked and they haven't even told customers to change passwords etc. A customer only finds out when they try using their minutes and they've find they don't have any because they were hacked.
