I have used Comfort for my motorhome insurance for 5 or 6 years. I initially went with them because the were the cheapest, but over the years have also consistently felt their customer service to be amazing. This last time they came out more expensive, but I had no hesitation renewing with them. The other insurers could not provide the package I wanted, their customer service was very poor, and their people skills appalling.

I’ve been with Comfort a few years now. They’ve always offered a good price (this year it’s actually gone down) and I like the fact I can ring and speak to an honest to goodness real live person in the UK. With this level of service and the price, I don’t even bother looking around.

Information crucial to collection of new motorhome resulted in 2 journeys across the country with the tracker fitter in tow instead of 1 journey. Then staff member was rude, abrupt and very unhelpful.

The cost of the insurance policy was very competitive. The online reviews and those in the motorhome press are good. However as always the proof of a good insurance policy is when a claim is made.

Every year at renewal time I check around for the best deal and for the last six years I have chosen Comfort Insurance. Pricewise they are on point and whenever I need to speak to them their staff are friendly, informative and professional. They even make allowance for the expensive modifications we have made to our motorhome so that should the worst happen we can take our replacement up to where we are now.
This time around I was helped by Elaine. Before that it was Katie. They were both brilliant and made the difference between a 4 and 5 star review.
