I am a new motorhome owner and found that Comfort Ins was the best firm when I was seeking quotations.
They were patient, friendly, courteous and efficient at every step. I like Aviva as an insurer and was delighted that they were the insurer.

all good except had a blow out on m5.called comfort and breakdown arranged and calls to make sure safe. Breakdown arrive with a transporter which was too small to take my motorhome . The driver then decided to change my wheel on the hard shoulder next to a live lane. He did not have tools ,used mine still could not do the job until assistance came. I did not feel safe helping and showing him how to get spare wheel. Comfortcall center good but management should ensure the contractors used know what bthey are doing. Highways control guy stopped and said they would take us off the motorway to change the wheel.

The telephone was answered promptly, the member of staff was polite and knowledgeable. The quote was very competative, compared to others I had, and so I renewed straight away.

Once again I have renewed my motorhome insurance with Comfort Insurance as I find they are customer focused and knowledgable. The price is always competitive and their vehicle recovery service far exceeds the AA and RAC.
Several years running I have spoken to Donna and she is just brilliant and a credit to the industry.
If you’re not already with comfort I suggest you consider them for service and price.

Renewal premium not gone up since last year only Breakdown cover by £10 I consider that to be great value as Comfort always try to keep Motorhome insurance as low as possible. Friendly staff as always

When my motorhome was destroyed 6 years ago comfort paid out promptly, although my premium went up, it has since noe come down and my premium this year is the same as it was last year, pleasingly Great full
