I’ve recently taken out a Motorhome policy with this company which is very competitive.
Comprehensive cover with good UK and European breakdown cover and a realistic excess amount.
I dealt with Donna Thompson and the whole process was straightforward.

I have just finalised my motorhome insurance with the help of Tracy. She was extremely helpful and thorough, guiding me through all aspects of the cover required. I now feel I have got exactly the right cover needed

Great to find a motorhome company who understand the industry with taylor maid off the shelf products working alongside leading insurers. Might not be the cheapest but extremely competitive without the add ons like others like to market.

I spoke to a lady called Elaine in regard to renewing my insurance but there where some problems i had online, she was very polite and explained the issues and renewed the policy for me on the phone. It was good customer service, polite, clear instructions and completed quickly but not rushed. Its not often i give reviews but then again i don't always recieve good customer service.
In addition the price rose by £10 and has remained the most competitive insurance for our motorhome in the last three years.

Recent renewal phone conversation with Donna. Very informative and answered all my queries confidently. My renewal held the value of my motorhome at purchase price and by reducing the value a few thousand pounds reflect mileage and wear and tear over the past two years made a huge difference to my premium. Our 5th year with comfort, never had to claim but am confident in their management so far. Nice and easy customer portal to access policy documents too.

As the recent owner of a motorhome I was unfamiliar with the size and mirrors of the vehicle. Whilst reversing in a very tight spot I grazed the bumper of a BMW. I was dreading the call to the insurance company, however contrary to my expectation the lady who I spoke to was absolutly charming. Everything was taken care of on my behalf. True 5***** experience and I will certainly spread the word on the various forums if the opportunity arrives.

I was on the fourth Motorhome before I could complete a vehicle purchase to my satisfaction and never at any time did I get the impression of .... not you again ... it was a delight to complete my new Insurance policy Thank you Donna.

Always value for money, nobody has bettered the cost of insurance for my motorhome in all the 17 years of my ownership.

This company by far gave me the cheapest quote for my motorhome, but also giving great cover if not better than its competitors. The online quote process was straightforward and then emailed over for reference. Had to call the company to buy the insurance, but spoke to a lovely chap who was very thorough and went through my quote in detail but told me I would need proof of my security. Once obtained I emailed it to them and within the hour a nice lady called Tracy called me back and completed my purchase. Felt really comfortable with the whole experience. As always the proof of a good insurance company is how they handle a claim, hopefully I wont have to do this and change how I feel about them after the quote and insurance purchase.

What a super company to deal with. New Motorhome Insurance all sorted out by a lovely person on the telephone. Simple and straight forward. 5 stars.
