Renewed my motorhome policy with the help of Donna who was very helpful and patient with me. She explained everything to me very clear and her mannerisms was brilliant and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

The member of staff was friendly and professional, and they answered my questions to my satisfaction. The price had come down a little from last year on my motorhome insurance, and by adjusting the figures slightly. Time will tell if I actually need to use their services, but I hope that point never comes.

Happy to renew my motorhome insurance policy for another year. However When I questioned certain issues that appeared to be incorrect it appeared to either fall on deaf ears or the person I spoke too simply didn’t know WHY the wording was written this way ??

Quote done online - very quick, although couldn't find the exact model of the motorhome.
Phoned and the member of staff was extremly helpful in prcessing the policy. Plus the price was very reasonable too.
