Quote done online - very quick, although couldn't find the exact model of the motorhome.
Phoned and the member of staff was extremly helpful in prcessing the policy. Plus the price was very reasonable too.

I have only ever had my motorhome insured by Comfort Insurance and would not use anyone else
They provide great cover at a great price and most importantly to me they have a great portal which is easy to use and if you ever need to speak to a person. There telephone system is simple to get through to a person , they answer the phone quickly and when you do speak to someone they are professional, friendly and do what they say they are going to do .

I have had my motorhome insured with this firm for a number of years. They provide excellent cover for an excellent price and the option to add breakfown insurance is a great add-on. I wouldn't dream about going anywhere else.

Spoke to Donna on July 1st to let Comfort know that we plan to sell our motorhome in the near future, so required to know the best way to procede, ensuring we will still be covered in the interim period.
Donna was very professional, polite and helpful in her manner, and all was resolved to our satisfaction.

Motorhome insurance renewal time once again today and, as usual, the service I received from Comfort was superb.
The person dealing with my renewal this time around was Donna and she was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant in answering my enquiries about the renewal. The whole process was straightforward, simple and complete, thanks to Donna’s help and expertise.

So this is our 1st motorhome and I have smto say Corrin helped us through everything, also the advice was invaluable so thank you Corrin. The transaction was smooth and I do think comfort it the correct name for this company. 5 stars from us.

I received a timely renewal notification and it was very favourable so accepted immediately. Easy to renew online which was important to me as I was travelling at the time.

Great online experience organising motorhome insurance. Helpful when called to ensure everything was correctly covered.

Ryan was friendly and efficient and made the process so easy. I'm hoping we got a reasonable deal, but it's difficult to tell with this being our first (second hand) motorhome and without any no claims bonus. On a search, the cost feels towards the upper end for the age and value, but it is good to have it done so that we can drive the vehicle away when we need to.

Brilliant company. This is my 3 year with Comfort and all renewals were lower than the previous year.
So simple to navigate the website.
Never had to make a claim so can't comment though, I have no doubt I would be looked after should the worst happen.
We have no intentions of looking anywhere else for our motorhome insurance.
