We have been with comfort insurance for approximately 8 yrs. in that time we have only had one claim which was for our 15 month old motorhome which was flooded due to a river bursting its banks. Our beautiful motorhome was under 9 foot of dirty river water. I rang comfort immediately. They were excellent, only required photos and a video of the inside after the water had receded. We had a brand new like for like replacement within 4 weeks. They were so helpful, so friendly it was a truly uplifting experience ( compared to other insurance horror stories) that happened in 2019, and since that time our annual premium has gone up by approximately £90. Our Motorhome was worth £73,000.
I would highly recommend this company, and have recommended them to many other people due to our own personal, stress free experience.
I have just renewed again, I wouldn’t even bother ringing around as you can only base how good they are if ever you have had to claim. I have just spoke to a lovely helpful lady called Donna on this latest call.

Had had motorhome insurance with Comfort for 7 or 8 years now. Only downside is that they only arrange cover with Aviva. That said, every year I obtain alternate quotes both through comparison sites and from friends recommendations. Every year Comfort have better cover and, as a bonus, save me a few bob. Biggest benefit is that they are easy to get a hold of and talk to. Helpful and professional. Made a claim 5 years ago and it was dealt with properly. Spoke with Ryan to renew. Good bloke doing his job very well.
