With my renewal due next month, I also had to notify them that we are moving house the same week, and that our motorhome has already moved to a different storage place. Donna sorted it all out in one phone call, renewed the policy and noted the change of address for when it happens. One less thing to think about when we move!

It is so easy and straight forward to talk to someone. Today I had some questions about my renewal and spoke to Donna who took me through everything, explaining clearly and professionally while also being warm and friendly.

Motorhome insurance and European breakdown cover renewed. Excellent renewal price , slightly less expensive than last year. Customer service from Ryan was professional and knowledgeable. When contacting the telephone is answered almost instantly and by an actual person ( very rare these days! ) Great company highly recommended 5 star service .

Have been with Comfort for some years and I am very happy with their service. Have just dealt with Ryan to renew my Motorhome cover, he had me sorted out quickly and efficiently he was friendly and helpful throughout the process.

I hate searching around for Insurance. I had seen Comfort on a Motorhome Forum so quoted with them. There were some complications, so I called in to clarify them and spoke to Lisa. She was clearly knowledgeable and very professional but not an automaton. She spoke like a human and even, god forbid, had a sense of humour.
The Insurance cover, breakdown and Satnav cover was comprehensive and good value compared to a number of quotes that I had obtained.

Just insured my Motor Home through Comfort and very pleased with a couple of staff members I spoke to regarding the quote and some important points in it, including Ryan who checked through everything and facilitated our policy purchase. 5 stars for the customer service. 5 stars for the fact there's a major and trusted name in Aviva that provide the actual policy and 5 stars for the quoted price which was better than my current renewal and several other sources that I also requested quotes from. Hopefully, as we all do, we will never need to call on the policy and at next year's renewal, the quote will be as competitive once again. Excellent service.

Excellent service again from Comfort insurance. I needed to change the policy slightly from last year but Tracy was extremely helpful and efficient.
I highly recommend this company, the standard of cover on our motorhome policy is of the highest standard, and with the European Breakdown cover included, was a great price. Other quotes were slightly lower, but the br eakdown cover was for a limited duration, whereas this one is not.

We just insured our motorhome with Comfort. Ryan was incredibly helpful and professional. It was a totally stress free experience and was by far the best quote we received including EU breakdown cover. Ryan mirrored my husband’s full NCD too. Highly recommend especially if your campervan is kept in storage.
