Collection of our new motorhome has been delayed and we had to amend the policy details to allow us to drive our present motorhome down to trade it in, this was done over the phone, the staff explained the process and helped us out, great staff and service

Been with Comfort for many years now,simply the best to deal with regarding motorhome insurance,quote was less than last year and Lisa was very polite and Knowledable.

I didn't have to wait long to talk to an advisor about my motorhome insurance. Elaine was knowlable and answered all my searching questions in regards to the details of cover and what needed to be declared , eg. does a tow bar count as a modification and does air suspention need to be declared.I then renewed for another year which she did efficiently.

I have been with Comfort Motorhome Insurance for 4 years. Reliable, good communication, you can speak to a human on the phone (shout out to Elaine whom I spoke with today - thank you) and easy to use claims process - when I unfortunately had an accident they were great. Overall 5 star service.

I spoke to Donna this afternoon to renew my motorhome insurance & she explained different payment options. She was very helpful and we found an alternative that was more affordable.

Tracy was very helpful and answered all my enquires regarding motorhome insurance incuding finer details of protected no claim from a previous insurer. I feel the price was competitive for my motorhome.

Simple and straightforward process to insure an additional vehicle. So much easier than the comparison sites, half the companies didn't have a clue about motorhomes. Lisa at Comfort knew exactly what modifications needed to be listed against the policy. They were also the cheapest by far, between £300 & £800 cheaper in fact. Breakdown cover is also cheaper than a standalone product, and with better cover.
Excellent company to do business with. Make them your first port of call for camper van and motorhome insurance.

Always found Comfort Insurance premiums the best value around for our motorhome. It is nice to be able to pick up the phone & speak to a member of staff to renew our policy. The chap that took my call was very professional, polite & explained everything about our policy clearly & gave me confidence that we were covered for another years touring.
