When renewing my motorhome policy I needed to change some details so after contacting Comfort, Ryan was extremely helpful and we completed the renewal quickly and efficiently. Good value and service.

Comfort Insurance provided a very competitively priced policy for a Motorhome where one claim had been submitted due to a named driver incident. It appeared first on the list when using Chat GPT for research. Lisa was very helpful and covered all points in a thorough and constructive way.

Due to my current Insurance company ceasing to cover motorhomes I was obliged to look elsewhere for coverage. I trawled the usual online apps for quotes but found them significantly higher in cost to my current coverage.
Eventually I reviewed some of the group chats related to my motorhome (Bailey Autograph) located on Facebook and noted a number of members were in exactly the same position as myself, a high percentage recommended Comfort as a good option for change of insurer.
The process was painless compared to a number of other companies contacted. The agent who dealt with my enquiry, Sam (Playle) was really helpful and made the whole process really straightforward which was pleasantly surprising, in addition the premium was significantly less expensive than all of the quotes supplied and also less than my current coverage. I can thoroughly recommend Comfort Insurance to anybody in similar circumstances to myself or any motorhome owner looking for a realistic cost for insurance coverage.

When we decided to purchase a new motorhome I contacted comfort insurance as I had taken out insurance on our 1st one, the colleagues who I spoke to were very professional and knowledgable, they also explained that I had up to 2 weeks grace period to get a tracker fitted, very understanding and helpful and the price really surprised me as the company I was with wouldn’t insure me on my current policy

It's that time again, renew the motorhome insurance. I never just renew, I always do a comparison around the usual suspects for quotes...As usual Comfort came up trumps, a bit cheaper than last year at a smidge over £450.
I always talk over the phone to the companies to ensure a like for like comparison and this year it was Tracy who ran through it all and took payment.. Comfort did not get so well regarded in the motorhome community without getting the basics right at a decent price. We'll done Comfort and we'll done Tracy!

We insured our large motorhome with Comfort for many years up until selling it in 25. Only needed to contact them once, wrong fuel, problem was dealt with without any dramas. Having just purchased a smaller camper we decided to go with comfort again, price was comparable with other quotes. Staff are always great on the phone, very helpful.

After having spoken with two other brokers who came across as inefficient, particularly not returning a call and fussing about the height of the motorhome airbags(!) it was a breath of fresh air to speak first with Ryan and then Grace, who were polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The quote was also notably cheaper and still with a big name insurer.
