Not happy with the quality of soderhamn covers. The fitting is way too tight, very difficult to put on and started to tear on the corners in just few months. It also accumulates dirt easily.

Great customer support! I mistakenly ordered the wrong covers and they thoroughly helped me to identify the correct model and even made the new command for me. They also reimbursed me with half of the original amount and were on top of everything I needed.

This is the second cover I own from them and cannot be happier.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I was on the verge of getting rid of my Pottery Barn Sofas but these slipcovers changed everything. These slipcovers fit perfectly and are so durable. I was nervous but I’m so glad I ordered these slipcovers!

They saved the day for one of my favorite pieces of furniture.

I needed a new slipcover for a couch that looks like a pottery barn couch but isn’t. The measurements are different. I contacted a few places to get prices and the prices I received were almost $2000. I found Comfort Works, by searching the internet. John got back to me and helped me to measure my couch by giving me diagrams through email. John answered all my questions. He had me remeasure certain places in my couch. When I received my slipcovers and it took my breath away. It is beautiful.

Their customer support is simply excellent. They will listen to your needs and find the best solution for your sofa. In my case, it was a difficult project due to the original sofa design. But in the end, I was impressed on how this company handled everything (from planning, arrangements and final production), the results are really impressive, people think that I have a brand new sofa bed.

From the first email to the last John was nothing but amazing, the entire process was incredible. I had a very busy schedule and John was always understanding of that.
Ultimately I realized I couldn't tackle changing the body of my couch and opted to just change the covers - once ordered they came really fast and fit like a glove - I was worried my measuring skills would be off, but they nailed it.
The quality is great, and I'm super happy with the results.

Comfort works is one of those very few businesses left that truly care about the customer. Their dedication to making sure the product is well made, beautiful and affordable at the same time still leaves me amazed. When I purchased my home, it came with this sofa that was extremely comfortable, but the fabric was so dirty and old-fashioned and ugly that I weighed my options as to whether or not I should get rid of it and purchase a new one and after doing tons of research for months, I finally came across Comfort Works. At first, my idea was to buy an IKEA sofa and then purchase a slip cover for that sofa as a spare, not aware that they actually customize slipcovers for you. They make it so easy. Even someone like me who’s really bad at taking measurements and panics over the smallest things was comforted by the kind and truly spectacular customer service that John provided Via email. He helped me every step of the way. He was kind, friendly, courteous, and most of all attentive to what I needed done. Then to my utmost surprise, the slipcovers arrived, and I fell in love even more. They are truly customized, a perfect fit, and the most softest, durable and beautiful fabric you’ll ever get the ability to choose, and you do get to choose. I was sent so many free samples to choose from that in all honesty it made it all the more difficult because I wanted them all. I will be ordering again because another wonderful fact about comfort works is that they keep your size stored for future reference. If you’re looking to refresh or just want an extra slipcover, definitely purchase from comfort Works.

Led by greed for money not a brilliant customer experience

Comfort Works made this shopping experience a great one! Ordered a sofa cover, sleep sofa cover and two chair covers and all were delivered in perfect condition. The fit is nice and snug and the fabric quality excellent. The standout for this company is their customer service. Melissa was with me the whole way, providing reminders and answering my endless questions. Highly recommend Comfort Works!

My sofa cover does not fit my sofa and my ottoman slipcovers are far too long.

I am disappointed because the items were very expensive and I was immediately charged but it then took about 3 weeks to get someone to obtain my ottoman measurements.

For the sofa, I uploaded images and did what was asked despite the cover being an existing offering. I waited a very long time to get the order, paid the customs, drove the 40 minutes to pick up the parcel and the cover did not fit the sofa. It is evident that they did not use enough fabric-there is no way it would fit without ripping-which it did do.

I am very disheartened and simply want a refund to fix the issues rather than having to deal with CW. From what I have read the options are not customer friendly and I simply want to move on with my life without having to wait +/- 3 months for the company to attempt to remedy the situation .

Simon was so helpful in assisting us with ordering our new cover. He ensured the measurements were correct and as a result the covers fit perfectly. The colour is lovely and the material is of great quality. A fantastic service if you need to freshen up your sofa.

This was for an RH 8’ luxe Belgium track bench seat sofa. When I bought this from RH the covers were around $1200 for a replacement, now they are over $2500 depending on what fabric you want. These were SOOOO much more cost friendly.
When the cover arrived it was almost a perfect fit, the cushions were great but the frame totally wrong. HOWEVER comfort works worked tirelessly with me coaching me through taking correct measurements until they were able to come up with the perfect fit! So so happy. Customer service was beyond great! I will happily recommend them and use them again.
I ended up with a canvas twill cotton and it’s great.

I am beyond thrilled with our new slipcovers for our RH Cloud couch. I actually like them better than how it came originally. The slipcovers are gorgeous, high quality, durable, perfect fit and was delivered much sooner than anticipated. I feel like we have a brand new couch! I am not joking, I often find myself just standing in the doorway staring at the couch. I LOVE IT! Thank you Comfort Works!

Beware!

These sofa covers turn orange and fade very quickly if anywhere near a window.

When raising this to Comfort Works they simply advise that it is referenced in their terms and conditions that the products can fade! They also advised to purchase a UV screen to put over our window! How ridiculous!

Never ever in my life have I purchased a product to be told it cannot be positioned near a window.

To make matters worse, this has happened twice. We made an initial purchase, the product faded and turned orange, we then complained and they sold us another then the same thing happened again!

We could have just purchased a brand new sofa for the money we have wasted purchasing from Comfort Works.

Unless you live in darkness and keep your curtains or blinds shut all day, do not by these products... They will quickly turn orange and fade!

Perfect slip covers for sofa and chair. Perfect fit and no moving back-n-forth for re-upholstery. Very fast shipping!

This place is a scam. I canceled my order the next morning, well within 24 hours bc I found a couch cheaper and quicker to be delivered. They are trying to charge me $175 just for placing the order. Beware !!!!
