I ordered a pack of 4 boxers and was sufficiently impressed to reorder another pack. Unfortunately, this pack arrived in the wrong size (I'm guessing XS rather than XL, although sizes are not printed on the boxers). When consulting the company's FAQs, it said that products could not be returned if the packs were open, which begs the question of how you ascertain there's a problem without opening the bag! I emailed the customer support team (no tel no, of course) explaining the problem and didn't get a reply. After leaving it for two weeks, I wrote again and still there has been no reply. Extremely disappointing. They have turned a satisfied customer into one that will never do business with them again.

Revised review, customer service could be improved. The product is good but having to return to an overseas address isn’t great when the url implies it’s UK. Once returned and received refund was forthcoming. Reason for refund was my issue not theirs I will buy again in future!
