I ordered a hoodie through a pre-order. So I had to wait for it to come in. Im so glad when I got the notification that it was shipped. I ordered the coral hoodie. Beautiful colour, so soft, like butter. Thicker material, so warm. I feel you can downsize. I am a large, i ordered a large, but I could have went down to a medium. Wore it out and received many compliments.

I ordered leggings, 3 camo tees and the camo sweats. I preordered the sweats and reached out for a ship date. Siena AI responded quickly and very knowledgeable about when my pants would ship. The products I have received so far are amazing! So soft and comfy. The camo tees do run big so if you’re normally a large in women’s go for a medium unless you want more of an actual fit, get small. So go down with the camo tees. I have one of each size lol my boyfriend has the large so it all works out!

I am in love with their hoodies! I became hooked overtime because every piece of clothing I purchased is great quality and super comfortable. I also, realized how wonderful this company really is, you can tell they really care for their customers. The company sent out an email labeled "A note before mothers day," it was very heartfelt recognizing that mothers day can be a tough day for some. The email was very meaningful and touching. It speaks on the people who work and run the company, I am truly grateful knowing I am supporting a wonderful team.

I love everything I’ve ever bought from this brand! On top of that, they really go over the top to treat customers with sensitivity. I was incredibly blown away by their thoughtfulness when asking customers if they would like to opt out of Mother’s Day emails if it is too difficult for them.

The Comfrt Company as a whole has been so wonderful. I am a mother of 3 angel babies & they sent me an email today with a heartfelt message with meaningful support. It truly means alot to have a company out there that cares so much for it's customers. We will forever support this company & what they stand for!

Comfrt’s products can not be beat. I have several hoodies and sweatpants and i practically live in them!! Over the Easter sale, my mom and I ordered a few of the dreamer blankets and they are SO COZY AND SOFT!!!

When the delivery driver arrived with one of the blankets she said it wouldn’t scan and so she wouldn’t leave it at our house and took it back with her. I contacted the delivery company and they insisted it had been delivered! I let Comfrt know, and as a courtesy they issued us a refund for the blanket so we could reorder it! I’m so grateful!! What amazing customer service! Thank you!! I truly love your company and your products.

The most comfortable sweatsuit I have ever worn! I love how soft yet heavy it feels! Perfect lounge wear!! I highly recommend!

They DO not refund your money, you only get a store credit so now I am stuck with the sweatshirt that is built for a man. The arms on the medium were way long. The body fit me and then it was super tight around my hips.

I’ve been wanting some comfrt gear for a while and I finally got some. I am in love with the texture and fabric. The sweatsuit fits perfect and is so cozy. I love love love the dreamer blanket feels like you’re sleeping in the clouds. Used it the first night and it’s my favorite color purple. The color of bright and vibrant.

After nearly 4 weeks of waiting and tracking my order that didn’t arrive, I reached out to their customer service team. A representative immediately responded to my concern and resolved the issue with a 100% refund for my order; due to my package being lost/missing by the shipping carrier. This was my third time ordering from Comfrt. I have ordered hoodies, zip up hoodies, and sweatpants for my family and I. We absolutely love them and are truly buttery soft and COMFRTable!!

The material is super soft and durable, the signature hoodie is extremely comfortable and thick. There’s a huge color variety so anyone is able to find a color that suits them best. To make a great hoodie even better, you have an option to match with your pet! My dog loves his hoodie and spends a bunch of time napping on the couch with it.

Customer support is very bad. I ordered Hoodie and pants as a birthday gift to my friend size S both. Arrived on time but both were huge, like it’s made for Norwegians… So I returned both for an exchange to XS. While they processed a return (which took a lot of time) the XS of sand color went out of stock. So now they sent only the pants and I’m left without a hoodie which was the main gift in the first place (pants was just a nice bonus).

I’m trying to resolve this for 2 weeks already but their customer support seems to be a bot so it’s really hard to solve this as I’m going on circles.

I suggest sizing down and if you have to exchange the size just return it and place a new order manually. Can’t count on them.
