Ordered some ornaments and arrived within 2 days. Wasn’t expecting for them to arrive till about 3 weeks. Lovely stuff :)

I got my bedroom furniture recently and I can not be more pleased. I have waited about 7 weeks for my items and it was worth every bit. I ordered some items and was informed a day later about my expected wait and some of the items were longer than normal so they offered me alternatives. Brilliant idea as it saved me having to look. I chose some of the alternatives they suggested and now I have them, they seem better than what i picked ! lol - The items were ready for delivery and I got contacted by the carrier and booked the day. Unfortunately on the day I had to urgently go and pick my mother up who had a fall and therefore missed the delivery. This therefore meant I didn't get my goods and had to pay a redelivery. I was annoyed at first as I spent a fair bit of money but having seen the service the deliverymen provided, I totally understand it. They rebooked and came and opened everything. They let me look at every good, one item was slightly damaged with a chip so it was returned (they will be resending it) but the rest was superb. How they handle such fragile items is remarkable. I also got told that one delivery would have cost Comfy Homes about £500 when I moaned to them that they charged me £120 for the redelivery lol but then that was put into perspective so can not grumble. I think sometimes we forget the costs involved and we want everything FREE! Anyhow I am super pleased with the entire service and they have already been in touch with a redelivery of my replacement item. 10 STARS !

Its almost that time of the year when Xmas is upon us so I bought some stuff from Comfy Homes... a little early I know but better to be early. I ordered some of there fabulous items when a friend recommended them. I have had some goods before from other retailers in the past and things arrive damaged and then having to return and with me being away a lot it is a nightmare and if you miss the deadlines to return you get nothing !!!! BUT my friend said they keep in constant touch and open the goods on delivery for you to check. This sounded good so I went ahead and she was not wrong. They kept me informed and then sent me a delivery date but I was still in the States so I asked for them to postpone it which they did. When I was there myself on the day they arrived, took every item out, allowed me and my fussy partner to inspect them and then went on their way. This meant no faffing about afterwards. I adore my new furniture and cant wait to be back for Xmas so I can enjoy it !! - Im very grateful Comfy Homes - Thank You x

We ordered one of the custom made mirrored pictures for the lounge and it’s absolutely beautiful. We love the details and it’s very well made. It was definitely worth the wait and I am going to buy another one for the dining room.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, if u don’t inspect every inch of the item u have had delivered whilst the drivers r there a notice something after u can not send it back! One of the drawers on my bedside cabinet doesn’t close properly it’s not too noticeable which is probably why I didn’t notice it when I done my inspection. The drivers will only leave the items on the door step, they won’t even put it just inside, so if u live alone and you’re not giant haystacks I wouldn’t bother, I could of ordered cheaper from a different company but they were slightly bigger, this company t doesn’t do price match either. The correspondence from the company is dreadful, I wanted 2 months for my delivery and there is no phone number or e mail address for dispatch, u just have to wait and worry u haven’t been scammed. I wouldn’t buy from this company again

Ola ! Love this store. Whether i am in spain or england they really keep me updated on my order and i have ordered so many times with them i am thinking they need to make a loyalty club !! Not being from england when i first used them i just searched the net and i am so happy i fell onto them as they have been excellent ever since and having ordered a number of times i am yet to be dissapointed so plz keep it up 🙏

This is the worse company I have had to deal with. Got a clock from them which was great, after a week it started playing up. Told them about it and the amount of loop holes you have to go through is mental...and still no luck..
Tried to send a video as they asked they gave me 2 days to do it in, but the video was 27mb long and they only allow 2mb.
So if you buy from these and the item is faulty then you have wasted your money as you won't get a penny or a reply back.
Please avoid.
Seeking legal advise.
Company won't care though and will just brush it under the carpet with the emails.

Delivered on time, very polite. Opened and checked the mirrored clock and that we were happy with it there and then.
