Ordered a pair of beach shoes in July 2024, after seeing them advertised by Comfy Slides on Facebook. They never arrived despite receiving confirmation that they had been shipped. I contacted them via email twice and received no supply. I only lost £9 but I want to warn other people in case this company starts advertising again.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they never arrived. When I followed up with the order they produced an automated response showing my order was shipped and would be arriving soon. The shoes never arrived. Emails bounced back as failure to deliver and the links within my order are all invalid. Lost $35 and no way to get it back. Order 19198 in April 2024. It is December 2024 and no products were ever sent or refunded. Awful company and a huge scam.

Ordered on Aug. 4th/2024. Never received shoes. Messaged them about 6 weeks later. Went to reply to my confirmation email 3 months after the purchase, and it bounced back. Their website is closed. Total scammers. If I could give zero stars, I would. Beware of this company if they pop up again.

Ordered shoes back in August and never received the order. Lost $60

I ordered a pair of comfy slides back on June or July. I can not even remember it was so long ago. In Sept I emailed them several times and they said they would look into it, It is Oct 15 and I have not heard anything! I send emails every day. I lost my money. Do not order anything from this ripoff company!!!

Ordered shoes, received confirmation then nothing more. Requested refund, they agreed said 3-5 business days. Now still NOTHING. Not only do have extremely poor customer service but they also steal your money. Go somewhere else unless you like really bad service and theft.

Ordered shoes Sept 2..still nothing..no tracking ,no product. Keep saying they will ship but don't. Filed paypal dispute to get my money back! Horrible treatment of customer

I ordered a pair of Comfy Slip-ins on 27th July 2024 and have never received them and I have sent several emails to the company but no reply. I guess I have been scammed. Do not order from this company.

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Shoes not arrived no response to messages through web site. No point in forwarding review as Email address not working. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Ordered shoes in July. I was told they ran out of stock but have a new shipment now that will ship in 2-3 days. Over a week later I emailed them and asked for a refund. They said 2-3 days I will have a refund. I have not gotten the shoes or my refund and I have emailed them and messaged them on Facebook as well as comment on posts on their page. Would never recommend this company. I don’t foresee me ever getting the shoes or my money back. My friend also placed an order after me, and she hasn’t gotten hers either.

Ordered some shoes in July that never arrived. Started chasing them at the beginning of August - no reply to email. Contacted through social media and they replied immediately saying my order was delayed and to wait. I waited more and the shoes still never came. I emailed again and they said they had run out of stock but had just restocked and my order was going to be sent imminently. Still no shoes so I emailed again - they said the stock was lost and they can’t restock and so will issue a refund within 3-5 business days. Still no refund so contacted them again and advised I had started a complaint through PayPal. Refund was issued but not released so now just pending. Absolute joke

Ordered 12/7/24 not arrived. Contacted customer support 4 times but a generic response that it’s being looked into but no follow up! Shockingly bad! Do not order from this company!

placed an order on 27/7. still not shipped over 3 weeks later according to the website and nobody from customer support returns my emails
