Really bad customer service staff blocked me after sales is very bad and customer service is even more shocking stay away from this company

I purchased a Comgrow Z1 laser printer about 10 days ago. After I assembled I downloaded Lightburn and figured I would have a good experience with the laser printer. I have had nothing but trouble with it. The printer only connects to lightburn about 1 in 5 times. Sometimes the gantry will go to the rear right and slam into the frame. I contacted comgrow requesting a refund or another new printer and customer service was ridiculously slow with their response. They wanted me to download new firmware which I did and nothing changed. Now they are asking me to do more troubleshooting and send video's. I should not have to do this with a new product. I have emailed customer service 4 times and I still haven't got a refund or a new printer. My suggestion is stay away from this company or buy from Amazon. My order number was COM14677

The Comgrow Metal Smoke Purifier Absorber unit is actually quite good for working with soldering equipment and laser diode machines. Its not excessively loud and has a variable speed control. The unit was smaller than I anticipated from online photos but it functions well. The only issue I see is the availability of replacement filters atm. It comes with a couple of adaptors and extraction hoses of different sizes. It is fully compatible with the Comgrow Laser Enclosure Unit which just sits over your Diode Laser Assembly. I am going to be purchasing a second unit soon for my new Laser Diode Machine.

Shipping was fast and product was well packaged. Roller was easy to adjust and setup.
Side bearing extension makes it easy to engrave stemware.
This is a must have product for engraving cylindrical items.

Comgrow laser engraver is a great home hobby laser engraver. I have the 10w laser. Just got the air assist for it. The store is great to order from. Fast shipping and notification of shipping is always made. Can't go wrong dealing with them. Thanka

Total disaster. All refurbished items were significantly worn out, probably been working on some print farms, not just "innocent customers returns". Always had some missing parts, so there's no such "Refurbishment" or it's performed very careless.
If there's missing items, it takes month or so to fulfill these orders.
Used items should be named "dead items".
On their page suspiciously positive reviews talk only about some missing screws etc. In my experience - 6 of 10 had dead motherboards, others - dead screens, totalled hotend, bent frame etc, items in the box looks like been loaded with a showel.
I was always hoping, it just will be better next time. But after ordering few dozens refurbished and dozen of used printers - final conclusion: it's a trap and a crap. They don't care about customers.

I knew nothing about 3D printing and decided to jump in with both feet. I Bought a Creality printer from Comgrow, and the exact same printer from Creality themselves. Why would I do that? I wanted to compare customer service for future purchases. In time I needed covered warranty support for both printers. Comgrow customer service is hands down the better support staff. Very knowledgeable prompt.
I bought my third printer from Comgrow.

Purchased a creality cr10s pro v2 refurbish printer. It was packaged nicely and looked almost brand new. Comgrow communications were great by letting me know the status of my order. I will buy from them again.

5 stars despite the printer showing up missing a belt. It is a refurbished ender 3v2 and it has performed flawlessly. Good company.

I got a ender 3 v2 refurbished.
The Machine came all intact.I could not tell it was Refurbished. Only trouble I have is getting prints to stick.

This company is fantastic to work with.If you are considering purchasing a printer I highly suggest checking out the refurbished printers, I have purchased 3 printers from them and two out of the tree looked brand new never opened and worked great the third had a couple mechanical problems. This was not a problem because the customer service is fantastic. I emailed them with the problems and they had new parts out to me to fix the issues with in the week. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering more from them in the future.

I buyed Refurbished Creality Ender V2. Printer works but, nozzle fan is not working properly. Some times fan speed is dropping to 0%. Tried to contact by email but did not get an answer.

I heard so great things about Comgrow, and decided to buy here. It has been a great purchase, the machine I bought has arrived in a great condition, Well packaged, great condition and during operation has been exceptional. These guys are the best. Granted.

My experience with Comgrow has been excellent. The costs were great and the shipping times were prompt. When my package arrived, it was missing a piece, but with just an email to them they were quick to send the piece that I needed. A couple weeks afterwards, I began having technical difficulties with the SD card, but after another quick email to Comgrow, they walked me through several fixes and I was able to get it back up and running in no time.

I have now purchased 4 machines through Comgrow and have been extremely happy with all of them. I have bought an Ender 3, Ender 3 V2, a CR-10 Smart and an Ender 6. All of the machines have came well packaged and quickly. They have all worked with no problems at all.

Recently purchase a refurbished Ender CR-10 Smart from Comgrow and quickly received my product. I initially ran into a problem with the extruder periodically not laying down filament after the bed leveling cycle was over.
Comgrow was contacted and for the next several days worked tirelessly resolving the problem. They were quick to send out replacement parts and continue to troubleshoot until the problem finally was resolved. They had one point where they pulled together their whole support team to troubleshoot my problem to try to quickly figure it out. They also reassured me that they would support the refurbished product for a whole year and they would make it right.
I will not hesitate to purchase from Comgrow again.

I have made multiple purchases from the Comgrow site (CR10sPro V2 and CR6 Max) and have been very please with the timely shipping and excellent quality of these "refurbished" machines.

Truthfully I cannot really find why they are considered refurbished (maybe a small scratch?).

Would highly recommend purchasing your next printer from Comgrow for a worry free and quality experience.

I purchased an Ender 5 in almost new condition, very well repacked and delivered in 3 days.
The printer itself had some imperfections, mainly due to the previous owner incapable of assembling, but nothing that not could be repaired or replaced with better HW witch i was planning to do anyway.
I recommend the service and my next printer is for sure coming from Comgrow.

I have enjoyed the Ender 3 S1 and Comgrow, Upon arrive, the Ender 3 s1 was in working order, Until closer expectation, I notice a metal fan bracket was uneven, hanging down to the left, I contacted Comgrow with evidence of the issue, with in 2-4 weeks i was sent a new part and now I have issues. Comgrow is a company I feel I can trust
I have bough several products from Comgrow, despite the fan bracket issue, I have had no other issues with the products I've purchased at Comgrow.

I've boughten four ender 3s that were listed as refurb but they came looking brand new and also with extra parts. I have had no problems with them and would gladly purchase more from them.
