I like their products

I like their products. Initially, I hesitated to order on their relatively new-looking website. However, after several visits and quick responses from their customer service, my concerns were put to rest. Luna, a customer service rep, provided detailed guidance, and I purchased items that met my satisfaction. Although I missed checking my emails and the tracking page, customer service promptly notified me of the arrival of my goods. It took 8 days, and while the shipping speed could be improved, the price was very favorable. The packaging was cute, making it a perfect gift. I will shop here again.
