An absolute nightmare.

An absolute nightmare. One the most scammy and dishonest programs I've come across. Even buying prebuilt stores had bugs and blatantly deceptive advertising, with image galleries full of products i wasn't even selling. I could write for hours about the many horrors and failings of CommerceHQ, but I am genuinely exhausted and just want it all to be over.

Truly disappointing

Truly disappointing. I deleted my account they billed for a month on a deleted account and refused to refund for a month that I'm not even doing business with them.

The delivery times on products are 14 to 21 days. There is no competing with Amazon, Jet, or Walmart Marketplace.

I will just continue with my Shopify store instead.

This Company Is a Rip Off

This company is a rip off. I requested that my account be canceled and I was told that it was and last month they charged my card 997.00 I have emails showing that I requested for my card to not be billed. I went to the site and canceled my account in March. I did what I was told to do and was still billed. Don't trust these people.

I lost a lot of money with the Jon Mac…

I lost a lot of money with the Jon Mac Ad Agency
UPDATE May 13th 2020: It seems that the Jon Mac team found this review a week ago, didn't like it, and claimed it violated Trust Pilot's standards in order to have it taken down.
As I said below, some people probably succeed with the Jon Mac Ad Agency and Commercehq. My concern is that when they didn't fulfil their guarantee, they refused to refund my money.
When Jon Mac objected to my post, I was invited to respond - which I did. On the same day, I also wrote another email to their Ad Manager. That was five or six days ago and I have not had a response from either. That is a stark contrast to the efficient responses I used to get from the Ad Manager when I was paying the Ad Agency to do my advertising, so I know he received my email but, it seems, is choosing to ignore it.
I think people need to be warned that this could happen to them.

April 12th 2020 ORIGINAL POST THAT JON OBJECTED TO:
I bought Jon Mac's Store Formula last November. Did three quarters of the training over the next six weeks and realised I was too time poor to properly do the business. In the meantime I had been receiving lots of emails from the Jon Mac Ad Agency promising to do wonders for my business by taking over all the advertising.
Very long story short... They failed to get the results they promised and won't take any responsibility for it. In fact they claim they fulfilled their side of the deal, but they do that by picking and choosing the metrics that look good for them - and act like all the other bad metrics don't exist. For example, in order to be successful there MUST be a Return on Ad Spend of at least 2. A few of their ads achieved this, but most didn't. In two months my overall return on ad spend was 0.69 - meaning I operated at a significant loss. The Ad Manager won't acknowledge this but just keeps pointing out the successful ads.
The main response I got whenever I expressed concern was to pump more of my money into ads - usually for even less return. Then of course there were all the other expenses - product, shipping, fees.
They leave me $10,600 poorer - which includes two months of Jon Mac Agency fees of $3,800 a month.
Don't jump in and tell me I'm gullible (though maybe I am). Jon presents well. At the point I bought in I couldn't find any bad reviews. So I went in. Now of course, I regret that decision and it turns out that when Jon and his team don't achieve the metrics that Jon emphasises MUST be achieved in order to make profit, they cherry pick the metrics to 'prove' they fulfilled their side of the deal and leave you high and dry carrying your losses.
Don't be fooled by their money back guarantee or their advertising that promises to find you a winning product and scale it into a thriving business. It seems they do it for some people but I wonder how many others have a story similar to mine... The guarantee and their promises are meaningless.

Jon's Promises and Guarantees are Meaningless

I originally posted the below on April 20th 2020. Since then, Jon Mac has come up with FOUR excuses to have Trust Pilot remove the review. The first three times, I appealed and Trust Pilot re-instated my review. It was many months before I discovered that Jon Mac had had Trust Pilot disable my review for the 4th time. I wrote to Trust Pilot and have heard nothing, and the review has not been reinstated.
My review was an honest report of my experience, and I think people should know. Go to Better Business Bureau and you will find at least 7 people have lodged complaints re the Jon Mac Ad Agency's lack of performance.
Anyway, so I am posting my review from April last year here again. If Jon Mac gets Trust Pilot to remove it, I guess I'll just have to appeal again. This is the tactic Jon uses to eliminate as many bad reviews as possible from the internet. I was a victim of this strategy. When I was considering buying into Store Formula, and then the Jon Mac Ad Agency, I looked for reviews and only found glowing reports. This gave me the confidence to go ahead. I had no idea of his bad faith dealings in getting bad reviews removed from the internet.
By ridding the internet of bad reviews, Jon shows deliberate intent to deceive. He thereby induces people by deception into buying his programs by denying them full disclosure through other people's reviews, which gives the potential customer a false sense of security.

A strong team that cares

Using this platform is simple and direct and you get all the essential add-ons that drove my store for success. It's now a lot more customize able than it was before.
Support is also top knotch and not only are they fast, they very much do care about your problem. Really great team. Would be even better if the development speed gets ramped up some more.

Best Ecommerce platform

I am using Commerce HQ for more than a year and I am sure I will stay on this platform a long time. It performs very well and you are not charged for each sale like in Shopify or other platforms. The more you sell, the cheaper it is in comparison to other platforms. With a new visual builder, there is no better offer on the market. + Customer Support is helpful, fast, and friendly. Highly recommending.

This is the best ecommerce platform out there. Period.

I'm using CommerceHQ since their beta and already processed with them almost $10m in sales. It's a very intuitive platform, everything is there so basically you don't need any 3rd party apps to start making sales. You can build your store very fast and launch it.

They do not charge you with fees for every sale like other platforms. Its just one monthly payment and that's it!

I never even did any coding to change the design, I just picked one of their themes, and its working perfectly. CommerceHQ is the only platform that understands they need to focus more on mobile traffic because most people will always come from mobile devices so their themes are really made for that.

These people really care and if you have a problem usually it's solved in matter of minutes. I can't imagine what I would do without this platform. It all just works.
