Order never shipped and their sales inbox is full

I ordered a downlight from their website on October 5, 2026 for $15.50. Delivery was estimated by October 15. It never shipped. My account on their site still shows the order "preparing for shipping," with no tracking number and no shipping notice. When I emailed their sales address about it, the email bounced because the mailbox it routes to is full, so there is no working way to reach this company about an online order. I have filed a BBB complaint. I would not order from their website again.
