Poor Customer Service

I've been a customer with Commtel for a number of years and all going well until we had to replace a SIM card. Almost two weeks after the request to activate was made and nothing has happened. I was promised several callbacks which never materialised and no communication from the company after deadlines passed. I have now cancelled my account with them. Just let themselves down by poor customer service.
