Do not consider this company for your community

This property management company fails to respond to water leaking and other issues concerning the properties in a timely manner. When one pays early, false notifications regarding incurring fees are sent automatically and when questioned, staff are unable to explain and verify that the automated letters do not correspond to the account. The Property Manager I have spoken to is inept in answering questions and thinks only about "her view and perceptions" rather than understanding facts about situations. The overall incompetence is astounding. Yet this company advertises that they are personal and provide direct, unique services. If you are an HOA board, do not consider this company for your community.
