I hadn't been aware of Community Foods previously but love the products under their Crazy Jack brand.
I recently opened a pack of soft apricots to find they'd deteriorated badly so I raised the issue via the email address on the packet. Their response was exceptional. Not only did they replace the inedible product, they'd clearly taken my feedback seriously and shared the results of their investigation with me.
This is clearly a company that cares about its product and its customers. Thank you!
