Community Tech Aid is an AI-powered tech support service operated by eBiz Market, LLC. We answer the questions people actually have when something stops working, without the jargon, the hold music, or the sense that you should have already known the answer. Our assistant handles the everyday problems that eat up a workday: email that won't send, printers that vanish from the network, password and login trouble, slow machines, software that updated itself into a new shape, and the general question of whether something is broken or just behaving badly. Answers come back in plain language, at whatever level of detail you want. For organizations, we offer a subscription that gives your staff unlimited access to the assistant, so routine tech questions get resolved without pulling anyone off other work. For individuals, we offer short-term and monthly plans, plus live one-on-one training sessions by appointment. We are based in Idaho and serve clients remotely across the United States. Support is handled directly by the owner, a certified cybersecurity professional with more than twenty years in field technology and instructional media. Tech help that doesn't make you feel stupid.

Technical issues with my email accounts…

My issue was my three email accounts were compromised, somehow my login credentials (username and password) would not work. I was basically locked out out from reading my emails or sending emails. I contacted Ms. Guzman to schedule a remote session with her. I had heard she was a highly skilled technician and came highly recommended. When my appointment day came...Ms. Guzman called me right on time and immediately started asking questions related to my issues. She took notes and accessed my laptop remotely. Ms. Guzman set desk top login links for each email account which made it extremely easy to access my email accounts. Turns out the issue was not User error...it was Bitlocker and TCP errors, both hardware and structual issues. I know this fix was not easy and was very, very difficult to resolve. However, Ms. Guzman was patient, professional and explained every step she was taking. I highly recommend her to any person or company having any level of computer or network issues or enterprise setups and configurations.
