A company that will continue to spam…
A company that will continue to spam you with direct sales emails and telephone calls, despite being informed that you are not interested in their services. They will then get sassy with you when you politely remind them that you asked to be removed from their databases, because they "spent a significant amount of time to understand [our] current chat platform"... which is irrelevant (and in breach of data protection).
I would recommend you to avoid them at all costs.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had a bad experience with a member of our sales team. They are all incredibly passionate about our product and the results it can generate for companies like yours. But...we get it. There's is a line between persistent and annoying and if that was crossed, we apologise!
For what it's worth, we don't do mass emailing for outreach. So any communication would genuinely have been based on a member of the team having researched your business and believing we could create value.
