6 months and no answer or solution
Had a problem with our inverter, they came and replaced it with a temporary inverter while ours was claimed.
Now we have been waiting about 6 months and have no response or information from them, we have sent more emails without any response.
When we call them they answer the same every time - working on it and shall come back after talking with supplier, but no response.
We do not understand they do not inform customers about the situation and we do not understand 6 months waiting, no informationor respons is ok.
Also, we do not understand why they only respond to phonecalls and saying the same thing every time.
It seems they hope we forget and do not contact them.
We hope for a professional, fair, serviceminded and customerminded treatment and handling, but it do not seem to happen.
Just contacted the inverter supplier, and they have not received anything from Comnework, and our claim is more than 6 months old and no action or response. Seem like comnework just ignore us and do not contact the suppiler at all.
