Won't purchase again!

Won't purchase again, since you moved plant your wait times are outrageous. It took almost 3 months to get my order plus when they arrived the leather material is nothing like the older comptacs I've been using, nor is the plastic. Not sure what you need to do to get your product back up to the way it was. But I think there are some efforts to be made.

Taking way too long

Taking way too long. Understands can't control USPS but jeez. Hope the holster is worth the delays.

Well the order was submitted on 10/1…

Well the order was submitted on 10/1 and I received the order on 12/27. I was not notified or status unless I sent an email asking for it.

I get the timing was not great with the new move to Georgia and I provided grace but would have loved for you guys to get ahead of it and been proactive on notifying me of delays.

That said the holster is really great.

10 Week Shipping Delay with No Communicaiton

I ordered my holster on October 3rd and received it in late December. The vendor communicated only once about the delay, on December 10th. Despite running large Black Friday sales and other promotions during this period, I was charged full price. While the quality of the holster is excellent, the overall purchasing experience was disappointing.

Edit: Sure, there was a disclaimer in the email. Here it is, copied verbatim, mentioning days, not months:

"This email is to confirm your order.
We are experiencing lead times of 7-10 business days. For CT3's, please allow up to 16 business days. If you have any questions, please reach out to sales[at comptac.com]"

Great Holster - slow to ship

Great Holster - slow shipping. I have a bunch of these holsters and they are well worth the money. But comp-tac needs to get their shipping delays corrected. This particular holster I ordered because it was on clearance due to over run on a particular color. So it was already made and in stock. Still took several weeks before they shipped it. To be fair their website did warn of shipping delays and that's the reason that I've given 4 stars instead of less.

Almost great

I own several Comp-Tac holsters. This is the first one that didn’t fit when delivered. I had to use a heat gun to remold the holster to fit.

Hello I ordered a holster for a Px4 on…

Hello I ordered a holster for a Px4 on 9/30/24. I reached out on 11/10/24 via email… no response. I reached again on 11/19/24 requesting to refund my order… no response. 11/25/24 I get a shipped notification. 12/3/24… I get a holster but it’s for an APX and I send email… no response.

I learned that some sort of merger/acquisition/rollup happened with High Speed holsters. I really don’t care, but whoever organized and is leading all this… is unprepared and so is the staff. It’s better to inform your investors that inept leadership will cause them to lose money on their investment and you should do the right thing and tell them you expect to fall short of their expectations so they can have a shot saving these brands…

Great products, poor communication.

Ordered some holster parts and the usual order processing warning was listed - 8 to 10 days production lead time. No problem. Except it turns out that they were relocating their operations and apparently everything came to a stop. This should have been uodated on their website, or clearly communicated when the order was placed. Instead, I had to inquire two weeks after placing the order because I recieved neither an order confirmation or anticipated ship notice. It wasn't until I reached out to the Marketing Director that I recieved an apologie and - low and behold a ship notice.
The good: product was excellent as expected, and I will purchase more, but perhaps not directly.

New location slowed production

I’ve ordered from Comp Tac before and been very satisfied with the procedure. This time I didn’t get a confirmation email. It took over a month to get. Isn’t what it has been in the past.

I really like the holsters, but it came almost 2 months late.
