Phoned up this morning to resolve an issue with a charge on my account. Madiha was incredibly polite, helpful and had the issue resolved in less than 2 minutes. She completely relieved the stress of the situation for me. It was reassuring to me that phoning about these issues do not have to be anxiety inducing when you have a call handler like Madiha on the other end of the phone. Thank you.

We bought a house and went in unfurnished. Through our dealings with different companies we were offered credit to purchase our items interest free and three of our purchases were through creation. I must say we have not had a bad experience with this company. Contacting customer service is easy and response is quick. We have been able to purchase our things through them and their service is really good. We were abroad and needed to make a payment but we were having trouble online. When we got back in I called customer service and the agent I spoke to was beyond brilliant. Okelana helped me with my payment and also went the extra mile to take care of us and make sure we were satisfied customers. He was very understanding and helpful. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Spoke to Shak today regarding a long standing query.
Shak was amazing able to sort out what other colleagues seemed to have taken 6 months to do within 15 minutes. A real pleasure talking to someone who knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you!

Spoke to Ziad today. He was very helpful and was able to answer my query. Was just a shame I had to wait, on hold, for so long actually speak to someone!!

I must say the customer service experience was amazing. This customer service representative JEAN TAYLOR who dealt with the issue, issue which I was struggling with for
couple of months, resolved it very patiently and politely. She is a very good listener, gets to the core of the issue and gave me assurance she would get it sorted, which she did, a woman of her words and a great character. Called me today, told me its fixed, i checked my account its literally rectified. Couldn't thank her enough, A great asset to the company, the one & only JEAN TAYLOR. 👌👌👍👍. I would request her manager or the company to appreciate her for her service.

This Company use to have an excellent contact centre service but now it is awful.

The answer machine says that you will be waiting for 60 minutes before you can speak to an advisor.

As a customer, that is an awful service and the experience has left me feeling very much frustrated.

I simply don't have an hour to waste being placed on hold.

Returned an item and the representative was friendly and efficient in checking that I didn't owe anything.

I am satisfied with a service provided, thank you very much!
