Firstly, if I could give less than 1 star I would.
This company has poor customer service, communication and also prices and much higher now that other competitors.
I have left their services due to all the above however, in more detail they failed to take a payment for my annual subscription due to the uncertainty of the business and whether they were going to still be operating, this was in June 2018. I was told that I could continue using services for free until they decide what they are doing. I was however still receiving small amounts of mail in September 2018.
I contacted the offices in March 2019 to find out what was happening and someone advised me that I had their services for free for 9 months and if I wanted to continue I would need to subscribe again. Fair enough.
I logged on (this was difficult to do as you had to verify your account, due to the new systems) and noticed that the payment they should have taken stated failed which is not what is showed previously in June 2018. No-one had updated me.
The failure of the payment, was I assume due to their systems changing. I then asked how I could subscribe and start paying from March 2019 - March 2020, to be then told that I cannot pay £36 I need to pay £55 plus VAT? I advised that my service was continuous and I should still be at the same rate. Numerous emails went back and forward with my incorrect name, broken English and worse of all rudeness. I was told that if I did not want to pay the required amount, I need to take their address of Companies House as they would be sending the mail for my company return to sender?
I called several times and each time spoke to receptionists who advised a manager would be calling me back. 2 weeks later no call, however they have decided to debit money from my company account (for services from 2 April 2019 - April 2020) without telling me or discussing, I received email regarding payment on 2 April 2019.
I emailed them for a refund and also called to advise that they should not have taken a payment, they had time to do this but no time to call back, or even respond to my queries and explain what can and will be happening.
I have cancelled my services with them out of principle and due to the hassle. I am now with another company who are really efficient, profession and friendly.
I can only give you my experience and rating, you decide whether to go with them or not. I will not be recommending to my many friends or colleagues who are business owners.
