I had a gas leak in my home and explained to the energy supplier but the response is pay the over amount could anyone help me with this problem.The supplier is British gas which we relied on.I have evidence from cadent who had came out and shut down the gas and then awaited a engineer to fix everything.And the bills went a bit haywire.
Regardless of the difficulties currently abounding, i am desperate to change my energy supplier. I spoke to Lorraine of UK Power, who was brilliant! She immediately understood my concerns, offered to provide an email of suppliers, and immediately gave me the number of an already selected alternative - no messing about. I don't give full marks - reference Nadia Comaneci, who was given perfect 10's one year which broke the computers, and all gymnasts were doing the same routines the following year for MUCH lower scores - but this lady definitely deserves 4 Stars!!
I moved from Shell energy last year. Prior to them taking over Green Star energy. Green Star weren't perfect but they tried. Shell is absolutely useless. Call centre is in Columbia. Huge language barrier both verbally and written text. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Unfortunately I have to give it a star rating!!
My mothers energy supplier is Orbit Energy. She hasn’t lived in her flat for 6months now, but despite sending numerous meter readings, and numerous phone calls they still insist on using estimated readings, at one point we agreed on £4 something a month to cover the standing charge, but again this month they have taken £63.76.
