Really disappointing experience with…

Really disappointing experience with compare.co.uk. We had booked a car through them with ok mobility - ended up a nightmare experience - wish we had read all the ok mobility reviews first! Compare.co.uk has a responsibility not to use such companies. Please save yourself any hassle and money in the end by just booking directly with a reputable hire company at the airport. Compare.co.uk will not help you when you complain even though you have booked through them. Really disappointed!
