Great customer service experience
The staff I spoke with understood my needs and explained everything in way which was so easy for me to know exactly what I was covered for under my health insurance plan. I was also changed to a better energy plan. This was followed up with a phone call from them the next day to make sure I was happy, and did I have any questions. Great customer service!

Two great young and very patient guys helped me through the process over a couple of days due to unforeseen personal circumstances.
