Having looked into reviewing my current critical illness cover previously and not finding appropriate cover and decent customer service before I was pleasantly surprised when I took the call from compared life and they provided me with exactly what I needed. We discussed current coverage and what was more appropriate for myself and my family. I had fallen short by not understanding before and was quite pleased that I was able to follow and accept the terms set out for me in the new cover. Laymen terms. Very happy with the service received overall.
