Only recently discovered this company following an Internet search for the best US dollar exchange rate.
This company offers very good rates, particularly if purchasing a large amount of dollars.
Ordering process is easy & like the fact that payment is made by bank transfer only, as feel this is more secure.
My payment was confirmed as having been received on a Friday afternoon but I still received my order on Saturday.
Will certainly be using this company again - impressive customer service.

I used this site for the first time & was very impressed at the ease of use when ordering my money. A very good rate compared to other sites & they delivered promptly as stated. I would have given 5 stars but I did place my order on a Saturday but didn't get my e-mail confirmation until I rung up the contact number on Monday. I will definitely be using this site again.

Used Covent Garden FX for the first time. You can only do bank transfers, therefore no cards.
I used my reference and name on the bank transfer, but when the bank did the transfer it did not match so the currency was not delivered. I called and a very friendly person was very apologetic found out the mismatch and agreed a new delivery date. all was received on the new date and we had very good exchange rates.

As above. Handling charge could have been made obvious earlier in process. Otherwise straightforward, delivered ahead of 'need by' date but tracked so OK. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

By using Compare Holiday Money I got the best rate to buy Peruvian Nuevo Soles from Travel FX.

I received acknowledgement of my FPS payment in just over an hour and an email confirming despatch by Royal Mail Special Delivery the next day.

I had allowed an extra day as I assumed it was a deliver BY date rather than a deliver ON date; but there were no problems in that respect.

However, most of the notes are very poor quality and one is torn. This is a concern as general advice is that old or torn notes may not be accepted.

I have drawn this to the attention of Travel FX who say they will deal with any issues on my return which isn't very helpful if I have problems in Peru.
