When I booked parking fat Gatwick airport (our meet and greet parking operator was iPark Gatwick, from CompareParking4Me.co.uk, dates 10/02/2025-18/02/2025), also didn't get confirmation all day, I've looked at the reviews and got scared, as was quite bad reviews, sent email about confirmation late evening, in the early morning got email with confirmation. Still was worried on the way to airport, but all was good phoned 30min before arrival, person met me at the orange car park on time, on the way back was worried as our arrival was around 3:00am, when passed security phoned and in 20-25 min driver was in place.
All went very well in our case.

I am starting to question whether this company is legit. Haven't received an email confirmation. Have tried repeatedly to contact them (phone, email, online chat) to amend booking but no response.

What a dreadful experience.
It all started from when we dropped the car off.
Had to leave it outside on the road as no spaces...
On our return we called as instructed to be picked up 20 minutes later from terminal 4 Heathrow.
After travelling for 15 hours with our elderly diabetic father in a wheelchair.
We waited almost 45 minutes and called again to which we were told that they would be another 20 minutes again no show.
We then kept calling from 2 phones left message after message as they did not pick up..
Spoke with Armed police officers outside and they told us this was very common.
Ordered an Uber £140 to take us back home in Gloucestershire after 2 and a half hours as our father was feeling unwell.
Then a call saying they would be 10 minutes so cancelled the uber fortunately he was very polite and understanding.
When they collect us 4 other travellers from New Zealand had also had the same experience.
The driver was not interested in our situation and said I'm only the Driver!
Call the office...
Which is pointless as they don't answer
In all my years of travelling this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with car parking I would seriously recommend using another company to any other travellers

The company on the site that we used were appalling. It is quite obvious that you do not vet the companies on your site. Having now looked through all the reviews of Quick Park which are all 1 star ratings, all complaints about lateness, rudeness, dirty cars being returned and cars not parked securely, surely they should be removed from the site. Just a thought

Thanks for your reply, are you saying thart they have done all this in the last 10 days since my return? Find that very hard to believe. Frankly I dont believe you and will refrain from using your sevices again
