This is my second purchase from this company. Everything smooth and exactly as promised. Recommend.

I found comparethediamond online when looking for an eternity ring for my wife at Christmas. I was really surprised to speak to the founder (Clive) when I called them. We had found the ring that we wanted in a high-street jeweller, and comparethediamond were 60% cheaper with a slightly better clarity of diamond.

We have not received the ring yet but didn’t expect to. This review is really about the service to date, the transparency and openness when dealing with Clive.

Excellent and would highly recommend especially for those guys (of which I am one) who have absolutely no idea about buying an engagement ring. The process and service was of high standard with regular updates. Nothing was too much trouble.
Reputation is everything and I was certainly not disappointed.
More importantly the ring was a huge success!

Great experience from start to finish.. And a Happy Wife as a result! Luke was fantastic in supporting me with my choice and the diamond was beautiful!

After scoping out the bespoke service offered by other jewellers, I came across Compare the Diamond. After describing the ideal engagement ring, Luke had put together a full quote and 3D video of the ring by the following day! His knowledge from the start was extraordinary. The ring was a perfect match to the 3D video, competitively priced, delivered in good time, and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. My (now) fiancé is obsessed with it and I couldn’t be more grateful for the service provided by Luke and Louise at Compare the Diamond! I will be recommending them to everyone I can, and will definitely be using them again for wedding bands when the time comes.

Cannot recommend enough, this is a great bespoke Jeweller, we commissioned an engagement ring which was perfect, they have amazing technology to visualise what you are getting, and have amazing knowledge and design flair to create stunning pieces.
