I recently took receipt of my ring ordered in November 2022, and was delighted with how beautiful it is, especially as it was made to my specifications rather than an ‘off the shelf’ design. Luke and the team have exceeded both mine and my husband’s expectations, which were already high as returning and loyal customers.
Luke was extremely helpful throughout, including invaluable advice on the stones, and the regular updates on the progress of my order were really appreciated as confirmation of their efficiency in fulfilling my order, plus delivering it as, and when, promised.

Purchased an eternity ring for a special birthday. As always, the service & quality of product was absolutely brilliant. The quality you get is so far superior to what you get in the shops. For example, my brother in law ignored our advice to use Compare the Dismond, saw 60% off in the High Street & thought he was getting a great deal. All that happened was he paid a bit more for a lot, lot less & had to return it.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Luke, what can I say… absolute faultless service from start to finish, daily emails where the process was up to, what a very professional service. Delivered on the day stated. And an absolute stunning ring, way below high street prices. Do not be afraid to order on line, then sent 3d images of the ring, I chose everything from the diamond, the type of gold to the mount, they then sent another fantastic 3D image for my approval. I am blown away and will never buy jewellery anywhere else. For further confidence, they turned down the highest offer ever in the dragons den to keep it a family business , the dragons visited a year later and were gutted they did not lower the percentage wanted. Well done guys for believing in your business . I will recommend you to all . Thank you
