Site was easy to use, and at a really good price.
The site was easy to use being able to use the menu to select the cruise line, then the month and simply select the cruise that you are actually on. The cover was there to see and plain enough to understand at a reasonable price too.

Clear, concise cruise insurance, not confusing.
The information gathering section, regarding health and which cruise we were going on, was very easy to use.
The company gave several different insurers, choice of price ranges and cover.
Good to have it displayed as a table, with prices and different cover options, excesses etc all clearly showing.

I liked the way you select the cruise line, ship and cruise: entering just the dates always leaves me worried that a typo could mean I was not properly insured.
Overall nice and easy to use and select the cover I wanted.
