Scraping the bottom of the barrel to get 124 Euro or even 70 from us…
I am unable to represent my deaf son to discuss a question with Compass. I send a mail with my documents, they reply that these documents must be sent from my son’s email. So he sends again the documents from his email, they reply that my temporary Identity Card is not valid but the Municipality that issued it says it is valid and asks who are those people who say this. Compass reply they want to receive the back of the document as well, but in this case all is written on the front and the back of this A4 paper is nobody’s business but mine as it carries instructions for retrieving my IC when it will be ready. So we come to a stop. For the sake of peace, I wait a few days. Luckily enough the Ministry of Interior is really quick and sends my definitive IC after a couple of days, so we can send front-back as Compass wish. But it's still not ok. This time they say that my son must use the original email used six years ago. If he hasn’t got it he must call a number in Milan (to note that he is deaf and can’t call, they know this very well). I call and hear the automated operator say that I cannot continue unless I am either their client or his/her representative. I continue all the same hoping to find a human operator but in any case the options available do not include anything about changing emails. I wrote in English to attract their attention, next time I'll use another language
