Unresponsive and unprofessional service
The ride-on lawn mower I purchased has proven difficult to operate due to issues with the clutch and steering. When I tried to contact the company for guidance on a potential return, my emails were completely ignored—even after forwarding them to multiple contacts. This lack of response feels both unprofessional and dismissive. It also makes me question how they'd handle future warranty or repair requests. I regret trusting their positive reviews, as being ignored like this has left me very disappointed in their service.
