I am very happy with this company very reputable and trustworthy

Worthless customer support. They dont send me my order and when I try to contact them they dont give me an answer or any direction on how to solve the issue. They redirect me to an email I havent recieved and I have not got my money back nor my product.

Absolutely shockingly bad product and customer service. I was sent a defective chair that it was not physically possible to assemble. The person replying to my emails just kept telling me it was not defective and at one point even suggested I ask someone to help me. They refused to give me a refund so I raised a dispute through my bank. I sent them the same photos that I sent to the "customer service" representative at Compass Nature, and they accepted my dispute and I got my money back that way. A dreadful experience!

The courier has delivered my order to wrong address an compass nature is washing there hands of it completely, there customer service is ABSOLUTELY CRAP, no contact back at all. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IS MY ADVICE TO ALL

WARNING!!

They sell same products as aliexpress or temu etc.. but they asks 150% more money. So they sell same s**t from China. Also they do not return your money (I just get refound after six months after 50 e-mails and Klarnas making them to return money) and I had to send already broken product with my own money.

Terrible chinese quality products with the accompanying delivery times (close to 1 month) but with western prices, i only recieved half my order and wrote to their customer support days ago and still havent received an answer, save your money and sanity you can get the exact same products for a fraction of the price and with faster delivery from temu or amazon this website is a total scam and i hope it gets taken down one day soon.

Terrible customer service. Took ages to arrive then Items ordered didn't fit as their sizing is rubbish, but trying to return them proved impossible. Quality isn't very good either. Can't speak to a person only a robot so had to email, takes ages to reply. Definitely would not recommend or use again

I ordered a pair of heated gloves and it took 3 weeks before arrival. Ok I asked for 2 times the invoice (because I need it for the taxes), NO REPLY!!
The battery does not charge well and I wrote e message to the customer service. Well I sent a video and NO REPLY !!
Bad service never seen anything like this!!!

I ordered a watch, it took a few weeks before it arrived from China and it's totally a piece of crap. They don't answer to e mails as I want to return it.

I ordered a portable air compressor and they delivered a pair of gloves and said it had been delivered I've got the pic of evri courier delivering the small package clearly from the pic you can see its not the compressor it's a scam company and I will get the word out there so I paid 65 pound for a pair of gloves and it was a Xmas present I'm fuming but will not let this go so the track a pair of gloves cracking on its your parcel so it looks like it's been delivered so they have done their bit but completely wjat was ordered to what's delivered is an absolute JOKE and I've got pics off evri so please get in touch this company needs closing down

Fast delivery and it seems to be good quality on the products i ordered.

Also, the "On sale" is probably illegitimate.
As well as the "reviews" on the website seems very fishy, considering the language errors and whatnot.
