The rent increases are insane. My unit rent went to $365 if @ late $452. Shady practice. Had an issue with staff and was told no corporate number. District manager never called back. Stay away.

Rented a storage on April 1
Rented a storage on April 1, 2018. They went up on my storage $10.00 more storage.So I have to pay it on Dec. 1 2019. I was told they go up every 8 months. I asked why no one told me this when I first rented. Would not recommend this storage to no one.

Leslie Gonzalez at there 2021 south military trail west palm beach Florida location was so very helpful to me.I was able to find just the right size storage units to suit my needs...she also discounted boxes and locks..Edward was very helpful also..I would highly recommend you stop by and experience customer service at its best..Edward

I just wanted to give a shout out to…
I just wanted to give a shout out to Julie... she was amazing! When we got there our truck was not there and she did everything in her power to get us one in less than 24 hours. Our trailer for our car was also not working with the hitch.. so she was extremely helpful and found us one. Even though it was a crazy mess Julie went over and beyond what she did for us. She also called us throughout our adventure and checked on us. She is awesome and if we ever have to do this again I hope I have someone as wonderful as she is. :)
